Seriously..

.... that's all I can say right now due to the fact that I am 39 weeks pregnant and driving myself literally insane. I can't sit still and I can only google "natural ways to induce labor" so many times until I've read the same article over and over again. There are some pretty funny things they say to do though; stimulate your nipples every 20 minutes, go on bumpy car rides, drink raspberry tea????? I went on a rather rigorous 4 mile walk with my Mom this morning on the trail where we take the dogs and I swear I thought the baby was either going to fall out of me or I was going to pee my pants, but if this helps to get things moving along then I will be on that trail 4 times a day weights in hand.

Ugh.

I am laughing right now, the nipple thing cracks me up. When I was overdue with Taylor, Jaime Snow told me to do that and I laughed at her. Don't worry she'll be here soon.

OH I know the feeling honey! I bet she comes sooner than you think:) Keep walking like crazy...the day I went into labor with Ava I went for a really long hike and then went out and ate really spice Thai food and came home and had sex (I was really trying to get her out:) It worked!! Hope she comes TONIGHT for you!!

Ooh-you didn't say eat Indian/curry, that's one of the more common ones here. Rachel did it and it worked, only negative was that she threw it all up when she went in the hospital as part of the "natural cleansing process". Hope you find something fun to do these next couple of days, wish I was there to waste the time away and distract you! x

Thanks for all the comments guys. Melissa - did the nipple thing work for you? Isn't Jamie a L&D nurse, I would imagine she knows what she's talking about.
Megs - I'm off for a long walk this morning with my Mom, we'll see what happens.

OMG I felt the same way and got lost in those website suggestions to induce labor as well.....my only saving grace was I knew the timeline, I can't imagine how much harder it probably is not knowing when it's going to come. I'm soooo excited for you, I hope you have some sort of phone tree set up to share the news!
